Morning Workout Club

When: Tuesday & Thursday from 7:15 to 7:45 am or whenever you arrive

Who: 4th Grade on Tuesday 

            5th Grade on Thursday

​

Where: with Coach Soles and teacher/parent volunteers in the gym.

​

What: Fitness activities that include flexibility, jump rope, stretch bands, squats, abdominals crunches, bicep curls, push-ups, shoulder raises, lunges, etc.

​

Cost: FREE!!

NOTE: the main goal and focus of the Morning Work-out (MWO) Club is to provide a fitness-based circuit designed to improve your child’s fitness level. The MWO Club will be treated as an extracurricular club all 5th grade students are welcome, but poor behavior or lack of participation will always result in dismissal from this club.

 

Chill Out Fridays: Every 2 weeks Coach Soles will select 4th or 5th grade students to come to the gym to chill out. Winners are selected by which grade level is giving their best efforts on Tuesday (4th grade) and Thursday (5th Grade). Students will get to hang out with Coach during bus hall from 7:15-7:45.

The winner for 1/18 Chill out Friday is 5th Grade
